Bianca's RED SHOE DIARY LONDON RUBBER BALL - PART 2/3 (Translated from french by our dear friend KosmikKreeper). NOV., 2002. - Satuday, October 5, 2002 We got up at 1:30 pm. We sleep like babies but we still can’t seem to recuperate our missing hours. Anyway… today is the first day of the Skin Two Expo. This time I decided to wear the same outfit featured on the cover of Skin Two. It’s a black and fuchsia-marbled top and skirt, a black rubber corset and black gloves and collar, all from the Polymorphe collection, the only company to make marbled latex. I wore my favorite black platform shoes to complete the look. We arrived at the expo around 4:30pm. Of course we wanted to visit all the kiosks but I was also invited at the Skin Two booth to meet the fans and sign autographs, which I found a bit of a strange sensation. This experience was very new to me, being treated somewhat like a celebrity, and I'm not used to get all that kind attention. It was never the less a very enjoyable experience, meeting everyone like that! There must have been at least 100 different kiosks and all of them had their own little uniqueness and pizzazz. For example, I had the chance to meet the Between-the-Sheets designers with whom we deal with. Their latex and satin sheets are a must! [ Image on the right: Bianca in a bed with satin and PVC sheets from Between The Sheets. ] We also met Nicky and John who were taking care of the Madame Khufu kiosk, an incredible mask designer. There was also Pigalle with her fantastic latex collection. I discovered absolutely superb latex boas made by Fusion Metalsmiths and I can guaranty you that they’ll be part of my collection soon enough! I saw some stunning silver chain mail corsets but a bit too expensive for my blood. I also had the opportunity to meet the famous photographer, John Dietrich. We didn't talk very long... he seemed somewhat busy. I mustn’t forget kiosks by Torture Garden, Skin Two, Bläck… I would’ve loved to buy everything but the pound sterling is just too high right now. We decided to wait until we got back from Montreal and take our time to choose the items that appealed to us both. We left at around 7:00pm going back to the hotel for a quick nap. At around 10:00pm I slipped into a transparent catsuit garnished with black gloves and corset, a Polymorphe creation. I added a black leather collar and my knee-high platform shoes. [ See image on the right. ] A little French twist, black-accented makeup and off we were I the Tube. Martin says he figured the Tube out. Let’s hope we won’t get lost again… :o) Torture Garden is probably the most beautiful fetish club I’ve seen to date. The ambiance oozes classiness and warmth. You’ll find a room where the music jumps from Jazz to Swing, another one with House and Techno, and a cozy room to relax, chat and have a nice drink. People here are wearing eccentric leather, pvc and latex costumes. Some are also completely naked. In Montreal, the genitals must be covered at all times in public places. So it was a bit surprising to see penises dangling here and there… men exhibiting themselves a bit more than women here. In my own way, you might say that I was kind of nude in my transparent catsuit. I was actually the only one wearing transparent latex which got me many compliments. I also saw Midori perform a bondage show with a Japanese woman; Midori is the hostess of this year’s Rubber Ball. She actually wrote a book teaching the art of Japanese bondage called "The Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage", available at Amazon.com. I also saw a few people having sex in some dark corners. This is also prohibited in Montreal with the exception of a few couples clubs that remain very controversial. Personally, in my current fatigued state, sex was the last thing on my mind. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t have sex in a place where people would recognize me. Being on the cover of Skin Two, people spotted me quite often. Having sex in a place where I could pass incognito wouldn’t bother me at all. But doing it in front of people that would watch and whisper signs of recognition… I wouldn't feel comfortable. We got back to the hotel room at around 6am once again. The evening was great and Torture Garden is certainly a must. I can’t wait to see the Rubber Ball. I think it will be hard to beat… - Sunday, October 6, 2002 At around 4:00pm today, I went back to the Expo to meet more photographers, designers and fans. I have to say that there were more people here today than yesterday. The Expo was still very interesting and once again I would’ve loved to buy everything! Since there isn’t a fetish event tonight, I’ll be going to bed at around 10pm. Tomorrow, I have to meet with Mark Buirge. He contacted me recently about a fetish documentary he's working on. It seems that he’s been working on the project since 2000 and will have it complete by 2004 for viewing at the Cannes Festival- so he says. I’m meeting him at around 12:00pm for an interview and then a photo shoot. I’ll be wearing my Polymorphe fuchsia-marbled dress for the interview and my school girl uniform from Especially Rubber for the shoot. It’s a bit strange knowing that I’ll be in a documentary. It seems that both Steve Diet Goed and Dita von Tesse have also been interviewed for this project. I hope that the questions will be intelligent ones. continue to...
